Ive done quite a bit of searching with poor results. 95% of anything I found said NO they cant, the other 5% says they have to go back to HKS Japan for a rebuild at around minimum $150 each plus freight.
Also, some say HKS claims that there coilovers r only build/designed for Japanese roads.
I know other Big Names are rebuildable such as Tein.
Moneys to tight to get in on the Tein GB Cshepp is puttin together, so I was hopin someone would chime in that they can be rebuild at suchnsuchs shop in Ontario with No problems.
