Taking out R32 headlight assembly

Hello,

I am taking out my R32 headlight assembly BNR32 1994

I took out the turn lights,unscrewed the four bolts, and took out the middle air diffuser, but I am still can't take them out.

Is there any tips on removing them ?

Do I have to remove the bumper ?

Sometimes the metal from the bumper rebar is hard to clear on the bottom. If you position it just right it should come. Removing the bumper cover cant hurt either.

I had to remove my bumper to get them off. I don't know whether I am lucky or if it is a curse that it is only zip tied on(fiberglass abflug bumper)

theres extra bolts behind the headlights....two bolts tight access...u need gearwrenches with flex heads...

so i managed to take the stock headlights out. didn't have to take the bumper off just twisted down and pulled out

And i am putting honda Accord headlights in

I am working with a guide on IVOAC, and they are using a GT-S

I am trying to put the Honda Accord headlights in and the bottom hangs down to low for them to them to fit. I was woundering if the GT-R has bigger intercooler pipes in the way?

I made that Guide..

it works for GTR as well i have done that swap in half an hour on a GTR..

Its a tight squeeze and the headlights dont line up perfect.. but it works.

I have a stock airbox in my R and it looks like the air intake sits below the headlight on the passenger side and thats causing the issue. Are there any other headlights that will work.. I'm debating cutting down the accord ones at the moment.

just pull the venting out that its the way.. im assuming your going to put the Stock lights back in anyways.. so its just for inspection.

you might have to shave the bottem mounting a bit on the honda lights.

I guess i have to remove the front bumper to put the accord headlights in tho right ?
