When was the last time you checked you brake pads and brake fluid level? When your pads get worn there are squeelers (wear indicaters) that rub on the rotor to tell you to change your pads.
The brake light will come on when your fluid level gets low this coincides with pad wear.

I'd get the rear brakes checked out, the squealing and ebrake light would indicate something needs to be replaced.

Broken engine or tranny mount , possible damaged joint in drive shaft (might have dried out) , loose wheel nuts , collapsed wheel bearing . baked brake pad down to the metal , i have had a pad shed its entire substrate before leaving only the plate for a metal on metal experience with the rotor , was not pretty !

Those are the things i would check first ..

We're you driving slow? Sometimes my rear dif clunks when I'm going snail speed. It likes to be drivin a little harder for a smoother shift. Maybe be something is wrong with my dif. But I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
Dang! You got shocks, pegs... Lucky! You ever take it off any sweet jumps?
