  • So i need new actuator and fuel pump my tuner says!

We had to stop because the fuel pump couldn't keep up, he also told me my boost wasnt flat because of my actuator and needed better item.

    I'm looking for your help

I run a Denso supra fuel pump 280lph, so I was thinking going with a 340lph or should I go with the 400lph ? is there a bolt-on kit available?

    2) My actuator are the one included with my pair of HKS GT-SS, I have actually NO CLUE how to pick up an actuator? Can I use any +1 bar actuator? brand matter? can I just replace the actuator or the whole wastegate? I'm really lost at this mod.

    Thanks for your help!

Something doesnt sound right. that supra pump should get you to 500whp on 94. and with gt-ss i doubt your past that point. are you running 12v to your pump? if you are and maxing out you might as well just grab a different craddle or modify the stock one and run dual pumps.

I am, I am . I just hate to brag about my setup on the internet.

People under-estimate the true potentiel of gt-ss.

I agree but I barely do any mechanic on my car, so if fitting one 340lph pump is easier than fiting 2 denso, I rather go this route

I also think the denso are the one who draw the most amp so its harder on the electric system.

            Is your tuner Robin?

I went to tune my gtr: the same situation happened. He said my fuel pump couldn't keep up (walbro255). I swapped it for a Denso280. Same problem happened. So my mechanic told me it was probably my ebay fpr. Swapped it too for an AEM. Problem seems to be solved...

            Hope it helps

From my experience, when engine runs lean, the boost level can drop a few psi and stay flat (where ECU pulls ignition timing).

Lift pump, surge tank, dual fuelpumps, surge tank, dual entry fuelrail or big single fuelpump into single entry fuelrail. Could use your current pump as a lift pump (might be a bit too much) to surge tank. But like said above, check FPR first (with fuel pressure gauge T'd in between fuel filter and fuel rail, pull vacuum hose off FPR and see if fuel pressure rises).

Should be HKS 1bar adjustable internal wastegate actuators. Buy a HKS rebuildable adjustable internal wastgate actuators (change springs when they wear out or need to run more boost, etc) -

Skym, I sent an email to HKS and they said they do not sell up-rated spring.. so which brand should I choose? Do I simply buy the actuator or I need to buy the wastegate + actuator?
