You can do the oil change as normal. Drain from the sump, then as you do that the oil in the filter and cooler should flow out with it. Some might be in the lines, so you just remove the AN fittings and let the little bit come out.
If you have two lines coming off the cooler an than into another pair of lines then you can drain from there instead of unscrewing from the core. Don't forget to add additional oil on top of the factory spec.
Mine for example

I was told that if you change oil often enough (I do every 1000km or so), it shouldn't be a problem leaving a little bit of oil in hoses, oilcooler core, etc.
Also depends on where you mounted oilcooler core, as with some oilcooler setups (mounted off top radiator support, infront of radiator, aircon core) it can gravity feed back to sandwich plate when removing oil from sump (remove oil cap as well), as it would save you pulling off hoses, etc.RESPONSE MONSTER

It's recommended to change oil, filter every 5000km or 3 months, whichever comes first with a turbocharged engine. I only do roughly 1000km in 3 months. If car is driven on racetrack, you replace all fluids, filters before and after trackday. That's if you want everything to be in good condition.RESPONSE MONSTER
