Why are you tearing the boost induction piping apart if you're just painting? Also, I've just noticed the air splitter between the rad support and intercooler... never seen that before (you lucky dog, again). Looks OEM, might explain why I've never seen one before
I would certainly verify the quality of steel before spending the $$$.
I'm looking at getting all new hoses made. We both know what can happen to the 20 year old ones. Also new recirc valves. Synapse most likely.
Everything from the head to the down pipe is coming out to get inspected, new gaskets and to id the turbos.
What air splitter are you seeing? I think it's just the splash guard you see.

Stop your whining you own two cars, one of which kicks a$$,you're healthy and get to eat three times a day.
We all spend too much time wanting what others have instead of appreciating what we already have.
Spending 2.5 weeks in India changed the way I look at things a little.

I'd be interested in your BOVs if they're in good condition. I'm getting some flutter when I exhaust boost sometime and I wonder if its the wastegates or BOVs.

How much would your piping cost? I'd love to get in on it (and would that reduce the price for you and me?)

And yeah that's what I figured for what I described as a splitter. It's more than a "splash guard", it helps exhaust hot air efficiently at the firewall and now apparently also makes a nice bridge between the rad and intercooler.

I can bet. Sorry, I'm still working on getting out of the rut. Women sure aren't helping either, I need some radical change.

EDIT: Sorry for sidetracking the thread, my opinion still stands on the DBA+R33GTR, more cost effective too.

Stop tech rotors should be better than AMS but i cant be positive as i havent personally used them. R33 brembos might not be a bad idea like Marus92 said, wayyyy more cost effective.

I'll what I can do about the hoses. It might be really expensive... might also be cheap. Should know by mid-late week.

My recirc valves seem to work very well. I'm sure we'll be able to work something out.

It seems the only time good things happen with women is when you don't want to have anything to do with them. In other words "don't look and you'll find". That's been my experience. Plus they'll take away from money you can spend on your car. Believe me!

As far as brakes go I'll know by the end of the week what I'm going to do. I'm looking at getting new seats too as I can't stand the mismatch any longer. So I gotta look at the cost of everything. We're doing a lot of sailing coming up soon so I've gotta get the ball rolling.
