Problems that can occur when reset stock ECU

As title say, I am going to reset the ECU. I just want to know what problems that can occur (i.e Lights going off Hicas, etc etc) if problems like those occurs, how to fix the problem.

You shouldn't have any problems after resetting your ecu.

Ok, I'll be unplugging the battery to reset the ecu that should reset the HICAS too, I could do it this way right?

yes but depress the brake 5-6 times after the battery is disconnected.
