Headlights - High Beams Stuck On

Hey guys, just picked up a GTS-4 the other day. It's pretty clean, but it's got a couple little things. First thing I'd like to tackle is an annoying headlight issue. The knob to turn on the headlights is fine, but it seems the high beams are permanently on. The stalk on the right for high/low/flash to pass does nothing. It seems to operate, just doesn't change the fact that the highs and lows are both on.

This is my first Skyline, and first Nissan for that matter, so I'm not sure where to start looking. My first thought is a bad relay, but maybe a bad switch? If anyone has had this before and can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. Thanks!

It's the high beam switch, take it apart and clean , Rebend the contacts , did mine 4 yrs ago... Still works fine

Turns out it was not the contacts, but it did lead me in the right direction. It turns out it's actually a small piece of plastic inside that had broken, so pushing/pulling the stalk wasn't actually doing anything. I think I can repair it
