There are at least two chargers. Both black.. one on stock rims, the other on black spokes.

Abby ghosts are tricky.. minimal lights, very well hidden.
However, the vast majority are driven by uniformed officers, complete with flack vest, and radio. Rule of thumb is look at the driver (driver silhouette) because there are too many ghost cars to memorize!

I don't know about this. Cops aren't legally allowed (like us) to do stuff like speeding or rolling stops. Unless they have a valid reason with lights on.

What, the cop is gonna pull you over in his personal car? I'm doubting it was a ghost car but you never know I guess. What's ERASE?

I was talking to my lil bro who just got his first car (02 Maxima GLE) and he was telling me that a couple days ago he was driving around 64th and King George in Surrey BC, and this Chevy HHR was driving like crazy( zig zagging through lanes speeding etc). Then the HHR was trying race my brother by driving beside him and then accelerating ahead of him, or taking off from a light. Then after doing stuff like that for 5 minutes or so the HHR stops beside my brother at a red light and rolls down the front window (which was tinted pretty dark) and the driver, who was an in uniform RCMP officer, says "good choice". Anyways, if a cop is doing that can you ask them to pull over to get their badge number?

Hopefully you guys aren't street racing, but this seemed pretty extreme to me, if not entrapment.

ERASE is an anti-street racing campaign in Ontario, I believe.

Cops are definitely getting trickier. I've seen ghost cars with L/N's on them..even saw an untinted 90's red Intrepid ghost car..

Looking at the driver is a good tip. Doesn't help much from a distance though. Whenever I see a clean late-model domestic in a conservative colour, I tend to slow down. If there's a tinted late-model SUV near me, I usually take a look at the windows to see if I can make out bars. Also, extra antennas are a giveaway.

          License plate?

I know in Ontario you can't really tell the difference, but here in Qc it's pretty obvious, the plates are totally different and look like company plates (they have like 10 digits instead of 6).
