Importing for parts?

A quick question, Could i have import it whole(Would it come into the us with no "Registration Required" probs), Or would i need to cut the car in half to avoid ANY probs. I'm not trying to cheat. I seriously don't care about the chassis. Just everything that bolts to the chassis. I just want all the parts, So i can swap everything over, and I mean everything.

yeah man i think you have to class it as a kit car.....not totally sure though they might not allow it since its going to be rhd..
