  • Importing from the UK

I was wondering why there's no talk about eastern guys importing skylines from the UK. We could get them right into Halifax or some place closer than say... BC.

Does anyone have any experience or answer for this?

My pop's Porsche 928 came from Holland.
Same process, just have to find a reliable EXPORTER from the country you are getting the car from. He was working there at the time so he set everything up before he came home.
If I remeber right, at the time, shipping was still a little bit more from there to Halifax then from Japan to BC. But, the east coast guys won't have the inland shipping part...
I believe Skylines are quite a bit more costly in the UK though....and pretty sure the R34 (maybe R33?) were offered new in their market as well..

Talk to Rightdrive, see if they have any experience with this.
