  • ok can I street register a R34 that is here already and on the track?

OK this guy brought a R34 piece by piece from new Zealand. I have not seen it yet but I understand he did not cut it.
if I buy it can I make it street legal its a 2002.

I see this white R34 thats been chopped driving around toronto. i am not interested in a r33 vin.

is it possible to make a track car street?

Can't make a track car street. The white one was a frame cut and registered as a "u-build" kit-car. Because you're using a full frame from Nissan with a vin still, highly doubt you'll be able to get it legal. You may be able to get it plated but it won't last long

Depends on how you go about it... it is incredibly risky. There are like 2 plated in Canada, every single fanboy and tuner knows about them. Needless to say taking it out of your garage will make headlines nation wide.

If you import it under track car you can never legally register it as a street car under the same VIN and VIN swapping would be illegal. I don't really understand how Farmer got away with it. He uses a 2009 Nissan GT-R VIN.
              Double track drift, yo.

Kit cars are exceedingly tricky to register... especially a car that has just been chopped up and reassembled....

You'll be fine. There are R34s legally on the road in Canada. They don't say nothing cause they know others would then do it. It's not difficult to do it. Show us some pictures and come to meets once you get it

Personally I'd stay the hell away from it and just wait. Next year we can start bringing in GTT's and the year after we can bring in GTRs

From me personally, don't waste your time or money. At the end of the day, there are shades of grey all over an operation like this. Wait until the R34's are legal in 2 years.

Is the car put back togather?
are you going to mod it?
if it's not put back togather it will take some time to do so, so get it and just work on it for the 4 and a half years.
or revin with a 2000 r34 and then put the old vin back on later down the road
