Insurance Broker in Toronto area for Allstate/State Farm

From what research I have been doing Allstate and State Farm are the only major insurers that deal with RHD vehicles. I have spoke to brokers in Whitby and they have denied insuring people with RHD vehicles when I know people with RHD policies with Allstate and State Farm. I believe the limit is usually 6 months to 1 year minimum of regular insurance with a regular car then you are allowed to have RHD car under the policy.

What brokers for Allstate or State Farm in the GTA have experience with insuring RHD vehicles?
Preferrably closer to Whitby.

Be VERY careful with this information......I feel digging around on your own would be best. Exploiting a single broker that will take on RHDs easily will flood them, and raise red flags for the company, thus shutting down the broker. It has happened tooooo many times in ontario.

I've heard this All State/State Farm thing before, but in practice brokers don't seem to know/offer this -- anyway good luck with this silly insurance situation.
