Skyline 89 GTR to states

Looking to sell my GTR to the states, have many potential buyers. I know its been covered before but I cant find any info on it. What is the process I have to take to sell my car to someone in the states. I know that the deal will be done on this side of the boarder and the buyer is responsible for the paperwork. Any precuations I should take? And some people want to pay by paypal, would that be safe? Or Cash only?
