make sure that the photographer of the picture is acknowledged to avoid any copyright issues
and that this person also knows what the picture will be used for, since its his property,
if its your own picture or your paid for it, than is doesn't matter

remember that these pictures will be in a calendar that will be sold for profit
copyright and intellectual property is important to respect
