wait... newbie driver symbol? is this for novice drivers or something? we dont have any of those gay rules in manitoba so im new to this concept. sounds pretty lame if you ask me.

In Japan, this symbol means the car has a new driver.



I guess people think by putting this symbol on thier car it makes them more "JDM as ****" so to say.

I think it's stupid.... just imagine in Japan all the little kiddies running around with green ICBC "N" on thier car.

What happened to people wanting nice CLEAN cars with no stickers? Unless you're sponsored... any I mean actually sponsored your car should have no stickers on it.

seriously leave the kid alone. i dont know why people are like this. its his car let him do whatever he wants with it. everyone has their own taste. for other people a plain looking skyline might look ugly to them like the same way stickers dont really look good to you. but do you hear people bash you about it. theres a difference between giving an opinion in a positive manner and just plain out bashing the guy. its his car, his money, his style. let him do what he wants with it.

Exactly I agree fully, everyone is entitled to thier own opinion. Mine just involves not liking stickers. Just stating my opinion/taste......

Step 1) get JDM stickerz
Step 2) make sure it has JDM Newbie driver symbol
Step 3) put said stickerz on your JDM tyte car
Step 4) fail

those were kinda hitting low. some people like subtle car while some like loud in your face type of cars. everyone is unique in their own way. lets just try to respect that.

^ +1, agreed with assass1n. Some people might like these "JDM stickers", some might not, it's entirely a matter of preference. Not everyone will like the same thing, everyone's different. Something so insignificant as 1 sticker (or any stickers in general) shouldn't impact your view of someone to such a great extent. It's like judging someone by what color of shirt they wear...doesn't make sense. Give the guy a break, he tried to give you all a little laugh and everyone's getting at his throat about it. It's his car, he can do whatever he wants. If you don't like it, it's best to keep negative comments to yourself so as to avoid flame wars. Besides, I thought GTRC was a comunity for those who fancy and/or own the Skyline and want to meet others who share that same view, not to make fun of your fellow members.
All I have to say is that his car is nicely done, I could care less what kind of stickers are on someone's car, it's their car and if they like it, all the power to them. Can't we all just get along :-D ?

They're already in the mail with some flames stickers to put on my door and one hell of a nice hoodscoop

I like how you guys react to a sticker that is 6inch wide. Weird tho'.. I saw some skylines with bodykits, whites rims and a some rainbow color paintjob and you guys said "Oh nice car". I guess I should burn or sell my car cause it's good looking but have a sticker on it.

The title of my thread was sarcastic.. looks like we are a few who saw it.
I'm not really offended, since I like the sticker and I take it a funny way.. and I do get good comments from my RHD community here in montreal. I just find it funny that people here say "nice car" on a skyline with bodykit, a flash green paintjob and the stock rb20, but when they see this sticker on a pretty clean car ( I find that my car is well done on the outside ) they say "fail".

Looks like I wasn't sarcastic enough.
