Nope, they have juridictions, IE toronto metropolitan police, peel regional police, niagara regional police, Halton police, etc. Different divisions cover certain area's where as O.P.P takes the whole province and is mostly in charge of all the major fraud cases etc.

although they do have set boundaries, they all technically have jurisdiction across all of Ontario

bringing up the case of the tasered dude in bc? you failed to mention the fact that they tasered him because he was freakin out and smashing computers. notice in the pics/videos, the man was getting hostile and was a threat to everybody around. now i agree, those officers made a wrong decision. and they should not have lied in court, but hey, not everybody is honest. and not all officers are like them. you cannot say that every officer is corupt because of a few cases. i know many corrupt officers. they shut down one of the local police stations because of all the coruption. an off duty police officer was driving drunk and killed a lady in a crash. another officer was caught looking at child porn at work. many others were caught watching regular porn together at work. but at the same time, i know of many nice, honest officers. and they are all car lovers just like us.

mr bills. i have a question for you. yes the cops have done a lot of bad things that shouldnt be tolerated. however how many cops have done good things? like rescue a motorist involved in serious crash? how about the numerous times they took dangerous gang members off the streets so that our streets are safer at night? maybe you also forgot the numerous drug busts they do on a regular basis? btw that last one i have first hand experience. my old apartment was full of grow ops and there would be a drug bust at least once or twice a month. everytime they take down one of these grow ops i felt safer living in that building. its funny how you can only name the bad things that they did while i clearly agreed that they have done wrong things in the past but however they've done more good than bad as far as i can remember. now can you please grow up.....not all the cops are after you. although with your attitude i wouldnt doubt it.

two ways this could've gone down:
1. he was being a douchebag and was disruptive of the entire forum. allow him to keep posting, even if everyone's pissed off, backed by free speech.

thats why i enjoy this forum,and why i spend too much time here
everyone gets along,the members are helpful finding part #s or diagnosing
noises or problems and ive never had a problem with any member
as i said before the members here are a mature(in behavior),friendly, fantastic and helpful group
without the drama found in other forums

Anyhoo, he's gone, see my other post in the R33 thread.

It was fun for a while...I haven't seen a pure asshat on GTRC in a while...it makes you realize how well everyone gets along when one crops up. My guess is he's just a kid who grew up on FnF and suddenly thinks that having an R33 GTS ordered in has automatically brought him to the top of the Skyline food chain. :roll: His attitude, the way it sort of came up so strong and all of a suddenly in an unprovoked way, speaks volumes about his maturity level (and also the other forums he's been active on).

Oh, and nice pics Steve, kudos on a great career choice bud
