            The wheels are worth more than the rest of the car.

            It used to be black, then he put on a purposely rusted hood. At some point, he did it to the rest of the car.

                            the backstory on that car.... it was in a car accident and the a-pillar was bent in. It wasn't "road worthy" anymore, and the owner knew it was unsafe so he did this to it and rolled around in it for a few months before scrapping the car.

                            take a close look at the drivers a-pillar.

                                Yup, this car is pretty well known. I wasn't aware it was scrapped, though.
