  • GTS4 with GTR lip!

I finally got my hands on a gtr lip, fiberglass replica be it may but only cost me $100 brand new. Bought it from ROCKETZ btw. It was a little wide but i forced it to fit and now my front end is a lot lower...

I'm posting up pics now because I think it's going to be short lived... drove up to my gf's driveway and it scraped like hell...

    looks decent

if it was me I would take off the lip and drop the car though. you have room to go down and almost make up for the lip.

that looks off. IMO GTR lips are meant for GTR bumpers.

and it's fiberglass and is going to look like **** in about a month.
this is what GTS-T typeM bumpers should look like.

Doesn't look half bad, and great price!

For you guys saying to run lip-less, I disagree.
Mounting the skin of the auto-front-spoiler to the bottom of the bumper works out very well, if you dont want to go the gtr route.

Car's looking good! Hope it still shines like before, looks a tad dirty in the pictures.

Lip looks good. I like it anyways. Do what you like. My fibreglass lip/bumper has seen all hell (if you remember how low my car is) and it's still holding up pretty good, and that's after 5 months of being thrashed pretty much whenever there was a variation in road height, or I turned hard left.

              I like.

That lip fits better onto that bumper. Maybe sits too far back???

I think when fitted to that bumper, they take the hump at end of sides of lip out.

There's 2 aftermarket lips available for that front bumper.

Here's one on a white R32 in link below -

But I like the lip on this grey R32 in link below -

Similar style of lip is used on rally cars.

I love the way my car looks but I hate driving it so low. It scrapes on everything and makes me cringe. It's a little bit stressful. I can't even go hard left without my lip dragging (or so it sounds to be, could be the front wheel rubbing or something, who knows).

Regardless what I have decided to do is raise it a little bit, probably an inch or so up front, half an inch in the rear, just to give it some more clearance, and then have the corner weights, dampening, rebound etc. adjusted so its a little more comfortable (very bouncy right now, can't be great for the hardware). Nobody will even notice the difference I'm sure. I'll also be running 245's in the rear (currently 235) and 225's up front which should give it a bit more aggressive stance.

I thought I told you not to park under that tree

                    It's all personal opinion.

When I first started shopping for my car I thought the GTR bumpers looked ricey. I thought they were too big and not so functional, particularly the lower lip. I mean I wouldn't deem it aerodynamic by any means, it barely lines up with your side skirts, and I have to watch it on practically every curb I come near. I love my car the best with no front bumper and just a fat-ass FMIC hanging out. Unfortunately that is neither legal nor smart (it would take all of two seconds to steal my V-Spec intercooler)

                    To each their own.

Dude, it's not even romotely that bad. I think it looks just fine. Your ride height is just fine too. People who think slammed cars look dope have obviously never driven a car to it's fullest potential on a less than perfect road......because they'd be dead.

^^ Not if you pull the skin off the lip/diffuser assembly and just use it. I've removed all of the mechanics and supports of the auto system, and mounted the lip skin(300 gram's, maybe) directly to the bottom of the bumper. With a tiny bit of massaging it fits bumper contour perfect, as I'm sure OP's lip will as well.

The stock plastic undertray is the problem, as it sends air towards the road and lifts front of car at around 220km/h+. Sometimes at less than 220km/h.

You'll get better results with a aftermarket front undertray for HCR32 -
