  • The Lost Birds Inked R33 GTR

So we're starting a "Car of the Month" feature, and the first story is out, it was for the month of March, but because it's so long it took us a little while to put it all together.

It's about the Lost Birds R33 GTR - Inked. Some of you may have seen this car before, and now you can read the full story from start to end. It shows how every single piece was hand drawn and really gives u an idea of the time and dedication it takes to accomplish something like this. But it doesn't stop there... There's also some fantastic videos, and the story itself takes place in Japan over the last 2 years or so.

Heres a couple of my favorite shots and the demo video, check out the full story here: http://www.skylife4ever.com/2011/04/...s-r33-gtr.html

    heres the intro video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=RscVtZgKcVI

Im with rabbit. a growing trend around here is single panels. Ive seen a lot of bmws/infinitis with hoods or front bumpers sharpied like that. it looks pretty schweet

A chick did this to her accord here...got all of her freinds to sign it because she was getting it repainted. I think one body panel looks sweet and then throw a clear coat or 2 on to protect it. but the whole car is a bit much.

That looks really cool IMO. Did anyone else find it funny that he painted his intake filters and then said "these do not filter so well"? As if he expected the filters to work great after covering them in paint.
Looking for cheap parts? supguyex (Jon) is parting out his car. Good prices, good guy.

Pisses you off? That's a rather strong reaction to someone modifying their own car the way they like.
