  • Until Next Year Buddy...

It's that time of year. For those of you that put the car into hibernation mode, put 'em up.

        Thanks!

I drove my GTR last winter in Ontario. Mild winter, but washed every three days to get rid of the salt. I have to garage it here in Alberta though, it gets down to -50 and the snow removal is spotty.

I drove my car for one winter... I pretty much had to slip the back end out in corners when it was snowing to make turns. It was an eventful winter and since then the car sleeps November to March
I'd love an awd gtr tho.... Would be a blast in the snowy months.

I bet man! I would drive my car in the winter, but quite frankly RWD in the snow scares the P1SS outta me! I spun my dads hemi out in the snow and scared me ever since lol

                        Stored mine yesterday.

My battery was getting weak....I went to top off the fuel tank at the gas station and it died right there. Had to jump start it to get it back home. The cold weather lately killed it, even at 12V it wont start the car lawlz.

So this winter I need to:

Rebuild one of my rear dampers.
Fix my climate control (heat button stopped working)
Find a brake fluid leak I've been having lately (noticed a few drips, but it's nothing major)
                        Buy a battery (in Spring)
Thinking of repainting my front lip black but I might wait a bit
Could use a full brake job but we'll see.

Don't laugh at the overtake, I wasn't pushing her. And yes she's slow, I admit it.
