Top Secret's Mr. Nagata @ Daikoku 03-2012

Was out at Daikoku last week. This time in a newly sourced 32R and out from nowhere rolls in this Golden 35R. It was indeed the TS demo car. Talking to Mr. Nigata, he said this 35 was the 800PS spec demo. While the 1000PS spec (Silver) demo was back in their Chiba workshop. In asking him about their GT86 build-up, Mr. Nagata chuckled and said it was Top Secret hahahaha.

Realy cool seeing this sort of thing, particularly the boss himself rolling around.

And the 32R we had out that night for Mike C. Mike's a staff saergent at Yokota AFB in Fussa, Tokyo. He's planning to bring this one back to the states once its eligable for export.

Eff me, if this had been exactly one year ago, I could have been there. Went out a couple of times to Daikoku Futo but it was cold most of the time and the lack of fuel from the earthquake kept alot of people away (plus they were kinda bummed out). Epic pic, how's his english, my Japanese is quite sad concidering Ive been there 6 times and my daughter (she's almost 3) knows 100 times more than me.

Us old guys (of the Chevy camp) now have 2 Smokeys that pop up in their head when they hear the name in refference to horsepower, Smokey Yunick and this guy (Yunick was building 750hp n/a engines in the late '60s to the early '80s).
