Why am I here: I am looking to buy a skyline, first car was an RSX, the EG6 with a K20, upgraded to a MB CLK 350 (hated it), now drive a beater and Im looking at getting an R33 but also interested in an S14. Not 100% sure the route im gunna take but I miss working on my own car instead of paying MB $650 for an oil change.

I've always loved the Skyline GT-R...probably comes from racing games. I live in the US and am looking to purchase a 1989-1990 GT-R in the next year from someone in Canada and have it stored in Canada until I can import it into the US in 2014-2015.

Picking up a 1989 Skyline GT-R Next Friday for my own X-mas present, want to learn about it on how to fix and not blow the engine :P because i've heard the 89-91 had bad sensor or oil something to blow up if rev-limiter reach alot ?

Anyways can't wait to learn alot about this RB26 engine
