So i did a dot conversion on my 96 r33, which included bolting on some new tail light lenses, new headlights wired and mounted, rear markers, and all seatbelts. I take it in and after the inspection the guy says i still have to change the front sidemarker lenses, the rear third brake light, and the rear turn signal/reverse lense!!! how the heck am im supposes to find lenses for some of those things!??!! Ive read many descriptions on doing a dot conversion and not once have i heard of anyone having to do these. Is this just one prick mechanic or is it like this everywhere? (p.s. if anyone in winnipeg knows someone who would consider this dot it'd be much appreciated)
