not hard at all.

you need a tranny, pedal set, clutch/fw, pilot bushing, and your shifter surround.

a full days job if you know what you're doing.

Nissan dealerships, and since you're in Alberta you might wanna check out Import Concern. That's the only importer there that I know off the top of my head. Try craigslist, buy sell, driving.ca, kijiji, ebay, etc
