Up for sale is a '90 GTS-T. Car is located just outside of Milton, Ontario. (1/2 hr from the GTA). Price is $6500, negotiable. Ontario ownership. Best way to contact me is via PM or call/text my cell phone (519.242.3965).
The car has countless man hours into it, however none of it was done by myself. I picked this car up a couple months ago, it was going to be finished as a mainly track car. I recently bought a GTR which I'm now working on, I have no time for this car and would like to sell it to fund some badass-ness for the GTR.
One thing I'll mention to scare you off before you read the whole thing: a few days ago I started the car up to move it out of my shop into storage for the winter, something malfunctioned with the alarm causing a short circuit with the ignition wiring. I know it has something to do with the alarm because just as this happened it went wacky, rolled the windows up and locked the doors, luckily I had the door open at the time. This caused the ignition to get constant +12V. When this happened I wasn't able to turn the car off with the key, I had to unplug the CAS under the hood and disconnect the battery to turn the car off. Since then I haven't touched the car or began to investigate the problem, I simply don't have time. I am almost positive the alarm is the culprit and removing it will fix the problem.
Now if you're still reading, you can see the good stuff.
History of the car:
previous owner bought it as a shell a few years ago, he stripped it down to nothing, every nut and bolt out. He stitch welded the entire chassis and rust-proofed the underbody and interior with rust paint, POR-15 I believe he told me. The underbody/interior is painted black, engine bay is a camouflage paint job.
How it sits now:
Chassis:
Zero rust, rustproofed
Every seam stitch welded, front to back
4 point bolt-in roll cage with door bars, cage is padded
Full R33 chassis wiring harness
R33 fuse box and battery relocated to the trunk
Strut bars
Body:
R33 front end, installed very well. all the panels line up with each other properly.
R33 Type-M bumper
If you do not like the R33 front end a stock R32 GTS front end can be installed if you wish, with either a stock GTS bumper or a fiberglass GTR replica
Fiberglass replica GTR rear fenders attached properly and molded in, just needs the gas door (which is included) put on and the part where it meets the rocker panel finished.
Shaved trunk lid
Fiberglass side skirts included, not installed however... also not pictured. I am unsure of the type of skirt, I'll update when I find out and have a picture.
Entire body is sanded down in preparation for paintwork, mirrors are removed, taken apart and sanded, window trim is taped off too. Because of this it doesn't look all that great in pictures, with a coat of paint it would look awesome.
Windshield is cracked
Drivetrain:
R33 Neo RB25DET motorset with 8,200KM, runs like a dream, loads of power
Short shifter
Brand new 3" downpipe and full custom built 3" exhaust, sounds incredible
Interior:
R33 gauge cluster
Momo steering wheel
Higher end Sony deck (can't remember the model number off hand)
Suspension/Brakes/Wheels:
Newer stock brakes, minimal KM on them.
Stern Face-1 Touring Sport, Limited edition, rare.
I have MANY spare parts that we can work into the deal if you wish
