Looking for a R32 GTS-t (Vancouver)

Hi there, I'm looking for a R32 GTS-t to build up and my budget is around 5-ish thousand with wiggle room, if the right car shows up money is not an issue. I'm currently in the process of purchasing over-seas but if anything shows up locally that would be nice.

Please PM regarding pictures, asking price and maintenance/modifications done.
Has to be a GTS-t, that is ideally what I'm looking for and I do not mind fixer uppers.
