but it looks like the aluminum dead pedal is wider than the stock plastic one underneath and has overhang sticking out, would you be able to make them without the overhang?

Did you just screw it in the plastic over the other one? I'd be interested, just wondering on how exactly it's made. Complete foot rest or just a cover?

As said its just a cover. bolts over the factory pedal.
i am interested in a pulley set. there a bitch to put on but so worth it. would you be designing it and getting cnc'ed? what grade aluminum are you looking at?

Well not me personally, but a friend of mine who does this type of stuff for a living does the designing. they will be made from 6061-t6 aluminum. same for the pedals if anyone wanted to know.
I just ordered the material for the pedals and should have them ready to ship in 1-2 weeks.
So, if you want one please continue to post for GTR or GTS.
