Ooohhh, I'm interested Adam, just saw the thread today (haven't been too active on GTRC lately). I've noticed a couple pinholes of rust at the elbow near the muffler, so titanium would be super nice!

Just waking this thread up a bit.

Things are moving quite nicely and hoping to have the first example ready in 1-2 weeks time.

For piping, we are going with ultra thin 1MM. These systems will weight practically nothing once completed.
