Yes they do. that's why my car won't be on the road this year, so many failed purchases. Well, the good thing is my car will be 4000km younger next year and have another long winter of.... MORE PARTS to slap on! w00t!

Hey, sorry for the lack of updates, I've been away the last couple of weeks. Firstly, I would like to apologize to everyone in this group buy for the delay. I honestly did not see this coming, and had I known, I would have gone with something else. Of course I am working on the matter, as frankly, I am quite pissed off. I'm waiting for the manager to get back to me with a tracking number.

Well after complaining and complaining....and then some more complaining, i got tired of waiting. The manager of the store said it must have got lost in the mail and that they could try sending another shipment. I just have no patience to wait for that and so instead we will be getting a refund in about a week. What a disappointing experience this has been. Once again, I apologize for the failure of this group buy.

Whether you paid them and are waiting on a refund from them or not, a refund to the buyers is required. If the company is messing with you, it shouldn't be reflected to us. When you go through with things like this, you assume responsibilty so we rely on you for a legit deal. If they weren't being very helpful, you'd be the better man to atleast update us. It's a few bucks, but the point is that you need to pay back when you can't provide a service.
