That my friend is a hks kansai strut bar. They are expensive. Last time I priced one out it was 600$ if I found a cheaper one I would buy it.

They're not discontinued, I'm thinking of getting once if I can get one. Last I checked was about $600usd... Are you actually gonna buy one of these? I'd be selling my nismo bar if I got a kansai one
