I'm doing a group buy on FMICs for R32's and 33's (RB20 and RB25) mainly so that I can get an intercooler for myself for cheap, but also so I can pass on the cheapness to you guys!

Are any mods needed to be done to put this on? I've been looking at a front mount for a while, but always looked at the ones w/ inlet/outlet in same side.

only mod is cutting a hole under the battery tray thats it

Its a hole under the tray. Hard to describe.

It's a hole drilled under the battery tray, the battery does not have to be relocated at all.. My '32 actually had a stamped circle where the hole needed to be.

If it hasn't been done already, you usually can see the imprint on the unibody where the hole is to be cut.

I haven't looked either. Mine is in storage until my parts get here. Regardless, it's not too hard to drill a hole =]



@krystalized_JDM The stamp came factory from Nissan. My guess is that they used that same part of frame for the GTR or they were planning on having a GTST with an FMIC
