Hey. Shush. I will admit the iPhone is better with media, and it has a more seamless browser.

all the things that iphone was superior in, other than looking like an apple nuthugger has been topped by the Torch.

Just sold the BB and got an iPhone. After having used both for several months, I can soundly say that the iPhone is way better than the BB.

          Have you compared the specs?

The Torch is running a 624mHz processor. The iPhone 4 has a 1gHz processor.

OS 6 is only catching up to iOS and Android..BB's browser is still inferior. The Torch was pretty much outdated before it was released.

I don't think the 9800 even has better hardware than the 3GS.

The one thing RIM has going for it is it's push email/messaging capabilities. That's why they're so commonly used by business people.
As far as personal smartphones go, I'll take an iPhone or Android device over it any day. Also pretty curious about Microsoft's Windows Phone 7.

If I install Android on my iPhone, is iOS still accessible? Or does it wipe all of that out?

Also, I've heard that there are still compatability issues with Android on the iPhone.

but....why would you want to put android on your iphone? that doesn't make much sense. i'm pretty sure iOS will not be accessible if you do that since it will not allow an install of android.

Good luck with the sale though, that's a sweet phone!

I've seen a program (iBoot or something) that allowed the user to choose their OS on startup. Lots of things didn't work properly when on Android, though. I'm pretty happy with my iOS(4.0.1). Will likely upgrade later, phone is running slow on 4.0.1.
