  • FS: 2001 Subaru Impreza 2.5RS coupe

hey guys, i have a black 2001 RS for sale, i originally bought it with a blown motor as i was gonna do an STi swap into it, but i realized that having 2 project cars was a terrible idea, so i rebuilt a stock EJ251 for it and swapped it in.

the motor has JUST been broken in, rougly 3500km's on the motor since the rebuild, already on its 4th oil change, first 3 were done with conventional engine oil for the break in process, it is currently running Castrol Syntec 5w30, and has about 1500km's on the fresh oil.

Engine runs very smooth, revs are quick and responsive.

heres the full breakdown/ specs on the car:

    THE BAD:

-previous owner did a lot of driving on logging roads with this car before, so the paint on the front bumper is in pretty rough shape due to rocks/sand.
-hood also has a bit of rock chippage due to the same reason
    -front windshield is cracked
-missing the body trim piece thing on the drivers side rear 1/4 panel

    PRICE: $8000 OBO

yes, i realize the milage is high and the paint isnt in pristine condition, but with all things considered, with a freshly rebuilt motor, and the various mods that ive done on the car, i think this is a pretty fair price, but feel free to hit me up with reasonable offers if you're interested.

also: the car originally came with a tow hitch aswell, which i have removed, but will include with the sale if the buyer wants it

the car is much MUCH more fun to drive with the JDM suspension and the JDM seats

oh and the car has also just been aircared, so its good for 2 years.
Working...
