18x8 + 38 I can't remember 100% it might be the other way around on the offsets will have to check the tags! but its definitely +36/38.

a few paint chips and minor curbage, nothing major.

front tires 235/35 with good tread
rears are 245/40 still have some life one is better then the other.

will get some more info on the tires and pics of tread.
