FS: RECARO SP-G Racing Bucket

Hey guys,

I'm thinking I'm going to go a different route with the interior, and I'm currently tapped on cash so it would be freaking wonderful if I could move this seat (seems like a shitty time with everyone else doing the same, fack).

Anyways, it's a wicked seat. I've sat in a few other members seats before and they are uncomfortable as balls. This one is awesome. Drove the car 4.5 hours to Osoyoos and didn't get uncomfortable.

It has a small area that's wearing through on the outside from getting in and out as expected. The seat sells for over $800 on eBay (cheapest I could find) and $1590 from Recaro Canada directly. If you go to www.recarocanada.com --> Racing Seats --> profi SPG you can see more specs about it.

I want to either go for a matching set of cheaper seats or have mine re-done along with the back seats in leather. I'm hoping I can squeeze $600 which is more than reasonable for a full bucket racing seat and rails. If you have a stock seat you can trade me; bonus. I'll knock down the price. I searched and found a few reclining ones, generally worth less than full buckets like mine.

BTW I prefer local but have no issues with shipping at buyers expense.

And the rails are sliders so you can pull forward and back as needed for comfort (if multiple people drive your car etc.)

Just curious, how much lower does this seat sit over stock? Do you know if its comparable to any of the bride low max models for height?

It sits a tad lower but not by much (I don't think). TBH I haven't sat in stock drivers seat in awhile. It's a good height and angle as you don't lose much vision.

I have no clue how it compares to Bride seats. I know my friends seat is much lower (and quite uncomfortable).

Yea I have one offer from Craigslist. The guy wants some actual pics but he's thinking $500 plus GTR seat which would do the trick.

And I have other friends with racing seats in Skylines. But yes I was thinking of yours. Mind you I never adjusted it for my posture or anything.

At the same time I have sat in others seats that were brutual as well. Hard and uncomfortable.
