Those coilovers will not fit R33's as they are different styles/types.

You will be looking for BCNR33/GFBNR34 or ECR33/GFER34 as those have the same part numbers..

Not 100% sure on spring rates. I have the same series Sustec Pro in my 240sx right now. They are great for daily street use, light track. But if your looking for something overly stiff these aren't the ticket.
