Are the cusco tension rods adjustable and is there a damaged one or both in full operating condition?

The tension rod is adjustable, it is just dirty in the pic. Paint chips like usual since it is under the car. They are both in worth condition, heim joint is still tight since it has the plastic cover to protect it.
