lol goodest... there is a thread surrounding the topic of the best plugs for rb's, but from my experience they hate the tiny fragile tips of iridium plugs. I'm running BCPR6ES coppers on 20psi with no problems and a smooth idle.

BCPR6EIX are a waste of money IMO.. 1. (the ones you mentioned) they're gapped to 1.1mil, you should be running .8mil even stock will be noticeably different.. 2. they missfire and dont burn nearly as well as the coppers on a turbo application and 3. they're too damn expensive!
Just buy coppers a heat ranger cooler (7) (2x colder than stock 5's (PFR5..)) and change them every 10k. You'll get less misfiring issues and save ~35$..
Also, look for plugs without the -# (like -11).. Means they're pregapped to .8mil.. saves you damaging electrodes or spending 5 min of you precious day gapping plugs..

              BCPR7E (S is standard, Non-S is V-power)

BKR7E (ISO, not JIC but work great either way..)

I replace mine once a year and they never need to be done. Being so cheap i do them. Also irridium tiped plugs have a very tiny tip that are known to break off in boosted applications. Copper plugs have a nice big tip that has no chance of breaking. Plus nothing conducts like a copper plug. You get a better spark in the end.
