  • Godspeed Intercooler KIT RB20DET + more!

    Bought from Brian V8 last winter. Used for 3 months.

    1 pipe had a gouge in it, but is going to be welded and polished before selling, no worries.

    Intercooler works great! Absolutely no leaks, or dents or any damage whatsoever. It's clean inside, no oil residue at all.

    Made 281 whp on an RB20det with no overheating issues.

    All couplers and clamps included!
    Everything to mount to an RB20/25 is up for grabs.

    Stock vs godspeed;

    Pipes/coupler and clamps;

    Fitment on stock GTS bumper;

    engine shots;

    Paid 450$

    Asking 250$ Shipping not included - will ship on request!

    Reason for selling; going front facing plenum due to new setup.

    Also still have a TON of stock random bits and pieces, please pm for information. I'll sift through what i have and make a decent price!

    Thanks!

          why you selling? getting one that goes right across? i was thinking on getting one like this as an effort to reduce boost lag. but i was thinking, would the cooling capabilities not be as great compared to one going right across? just wondering

            In all honesty, i dont want to sell it as it cools VERY Well. I took temp readings last year and it was a pretty big difference between hot/cold side, something like 25 degrees. And you're right, it does minimize boost lag considerably and keeps the stock setup nice and proper rather than running a big return from the cold side..

            At any rate, my only reason for selling is because my setup is going to be quite a bit larger, and my spool rate now is 3000 rpm for full boost; with cams, a well built turbo and head work, i should still see 3000 rpm with a bigger intercooler.. plus ill be nearing 400 whp in due time.. (360 is goal this summer)..

            But yea, otherwise, i'd keep it..

                OH and for those that go across back to the j-pipe become heat saturated.. This one doesn't as it all stays localized on the intake side.
