  • Parting out complete GTS-T driveline + suspension (large photos)

Ok, I need this stuff gone ASAP. Will take $500 (or best offer, you don't realize just how much this stuff needs to go) for everything as it sits. Local Pickup/delivery only at this point (Local delivery is about as far as meeting up in Red Deer)

For sale I have the complete driveline from a GTS-t. The vehicle was in a fire so a lot of the plastic stuff had melted, most sensors and stuff on the motor. The motor is currently stripped of all accessories and manifolds. The head and cams are still good.

    Item - Condition - Price

RB20DET Complete Motor - currently in pieces, still turns over fine, ran fine before fire, will require some work to get running, includes everything listed below, plus anything I'm forgetting that is sitting in the box of things I have
--- valve covers - paint burned off, not warped, gaskets still seemed to seal, oil cap not melted -
--- loaded head - will need to be cleaned up a little bit in the spark plug valley, otherwise good, no cracks, 0.001-0.002 variance across the gasket surface. cleaned up, packed and ready to be shipped, does not include cams
    --- RB20 crank - good -
    --- RB20 pistons + rods - good condition
--- RB20 intake manifold - good condition, looks slightly burned on top, includes throttle body that will need to be replaced, had a vacuum leak that was traced to the gasket between the two halves, will require gasket (silicone? haha) -
    --- RB20 exhaust turbofold - good condition -
--- RB20 turbo - will likely require a rebuild. It spins but not freely, and has a bit of in and out play, no side to side
--- Idler pully and bracket - good
--- Upper and lower timing covers - good, could use a repaint
--- RB20 block - ran fine before the fire
--- Exhaust manifold heat shield - good
    --- Turbo heat shield - good -
--- Alternator - I'll re-inspect this but I remember it looking good, although I'll have to recheck for any melting.
--- Power Steering Pump - spins fine, unmodified (still has HICAS)
--- A/C pump and condenser - both seem alright, best you supply your own lines -
--- Intercooler Hard pipes - it's piping, can't really go bad, just looks a little burnt. BOV is more than likely toast
--- Alternator, A/C, P/S pump pulley belts - cracked but good to keep in vehicle as a spare incase yours breaks on you
--- Engine Mounts - both are still good -
---RB20 intake and exhaust cams - good shape, OEM

    Trans Related:
    - 5-speed Transmission cross-member and rubber mount - good condition -

    - Clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel - Condition of clutch is good, flex plate and pressure plate also ok. Now removed from engine.

    Misc:
    - GTS-T two piece drive shaft - will require center carrier bearing, u-joints are good. -
    - GTS-T Side mount intercooler - Kinda wanna keep this for my own project, but I'll try this first. -
    - A/C front mount electric fan -
    - GTS-T headlights (may be GTR, will get a pic up tomorrow night) - probably only good for lenses or something, they are slightly melted
    - Marker lights - also probably only good for lenses, slightly melted -
    - Rear bumper skin - ok condition, some scuffs and nicks, one small crack on the black part near the bottom. Could easily be fixed up

Front suspension + sub-frame + brakes (no calipers, disk only) + rack - all seems good, some of the power steering lines are cut/broken, otherwise everything is there.

--- Rack - no leaks, will require one boot to be replaced, otherwise good - $100
    --- Stock rotors - $40/pr
--- Front GTS knuckles + hubs - good condition, one is missing two studs
--- GTS upper control arms - good condition
--- OEM sway bar - good condition, includes links and bushings
--- Complete sub-frame assembly (no suspension parts, just engine cradle) - good condition
--- Lower control arms - good condition -
--- Front shocks and springs - The springs seem ok, no idea if the shocks are wrecked like the rears.

Yeah, and that's down from what the camera originally shot them at. They were huge at first for me too, but it seems my browser re-sized them for me. Nothing like a little detail...

Updated price list. The head is now off the car, cleaned up and ready to be shipped out. Due to the head being removed, I'd now like to get rid of the block, loaded or unloaded, ASAP. $250 loaded (obo) or 10% posted prices for individual parts.

Bump. If you think I'm asking to much, shoot me an offer or let me know that I'm asking too high. It's Christmas time so I'm much more in the spirit to let things go cheaper. Everything but the front brake calipers is still for sale. $1050 is now the price for the rear suspension assembly (OBO). Engine block must go ASAP.

How many Kms were on the car? Im interested in the drive shaft.

I'm not sure of exact milage. A bit over 100k. The driveshaft will need a new steady bearing but the u-joints are good.
