Where can get those ports?

The ports are part of the bumper, I think RHD Japan sells just the N1 ducts that you can use with any bumper

besides the license plat spot there, is this the same as a gtr n1 bumper? accept just made to fit with gts quarter panels

Yup, its just a replica N1 style bumper for the GTS, it fits well for a replica
