Let me get home from work. My gtr has the stock wing on it and I bought it specifically to use it with that. I will test fit and let you guys know.

It will work. That's what the two indents are for, forming around the two mounting points of the stock wing

I am told by the molder that it is Fibre-Urethane, a mixture of urethane and firebreglass. They look very very solid.
