its about 4-5 feet and are oem BMW

its just like disconnecting the battery but instead of unbolting it, u just flip the switch and hide the switch somewhere

Sorry for high jacking the post but I would like to suggest maybe just install a switch on the ignition and bury the switch in your dash. No need to knock out ecu, clock.... Cheers.
