side skirts nismo 3 piece or base GTR 2 piece? I am talking between the tires? I am looking for the nismo piece that goes under the doors inbetween the rear spat and the small piece behind front tire.

I'll take your hood latch assembly, my handle sheered off last year. I open the hood by pulling the cord by hand :P

Should be able to pickup local, no rush unless you want a quick sale. I'll be in maple ridge a few times this month.
