clearly he wants to see if its plain weave, twill weave, harness satin weave, maybe he wants to see if its 1k,3k,6k strand . Either way he wants to see pics..fml people are idiots.

since you seem dumb: The K refers to one thousand individual strands of carbon per fiber bundle. Each stand is much smaller than a human hair. So, if you have 12 weaves/inch (pics/inch), you have 12 fiber bundles per inch, and in each fiber bundle of 3K fabric you have 3000 strands of carbon.

Most CF hoods are all 3K 2/2 twill anyways.

The cf is a plain weave. I rather a BC sale for too many risks with shipping companies with something soo pretty!

Going vented hood Charles. If I dont get a good price for it will prob keep it for it gots alot of looks. The hood I guess to be around 15lbs.

What does the trunk lid weigh? If the difference is significant I could be interested in the lid. I'll be painting it though......everyone can cringe together now......lol.

Jon I believe it to be around 10 Lbs. Over the stock lid I would say more than half the weight of OEM with wing. Also you will need to remove your spring for the trunk... unless you want to build a catapult! haha
