how the thin clip? is the the same as the standard one?

the thin one uses a spring clip system. You'll press the button to release the lock, twist your steering wheel and it'll come out.

And no I doubt on spline type you can use your horn but anything is possible, hook it up to a secondary button and be unique

I should state that the spline type will not work with the horn. You'll have to re-wire the horn somewhere else.

The spline type is the most durable among the 3 and will take the most abuse.
