carbon fiber seat, work rims

I bought a GTR off my buddy but the carbonfiber seat is to small for me so its up for sale not sure how much its worth so best offer gets it, local pick up dont want to ship. also have work emotion rims not sure on the size but there sit flush on a gtr tires are 255/45/17 would like to trade for dished rims.

im about 6feet tal 240lbs. to big for it lol, id like to get $300 for the seat to pay the impound fees to get my car back the rims are perfect no curbage or nicks in them tires are about 80% $1300
