You should post pics of the damage and let people know there were repaired. I'm not saying this to out you but a few of us were interested and you either didn't realise they were cracked at one point or just forgot to mention it.

You said you were quoted 280 for paint plus the 200 each to repair. You won't like this but 300-400 is all I would offer.

Ye I think you got it twisted 280 was for repaint for 2 wheels not for repair but you seemed to know these wheels well and mentioned that now one wheel needs to be balanced? so I've been sending people pm's who were interested that one wheel needs to be balanced and your offer is too low sorry can't make a deal.

no need to repair it's welded just needs to be balanced. $1000 with centercaps or $800 without the centercaps!
