Rare Panasport g7 c5c2 rims

I have a pair of panasport g7 c5c rims up for grabs. they are freshly powdercoated with no scratches on them.
Specs are 5x114.3- 18x9 with unknow offset (was told it was around 20) comes with 255/35/18 potenza tires.
400$ need gone asap.

yes these did clear with no problems on the back. i dont see there being a problem on the front either

yes it has all those bolts. they are needed as they are a 3 piece rim. no sorry doesnt come with center caps.
